Hormonal shifts change how muscles and tissues behave. I provide proactive care to manage pelvic organ prolapse, maintain bone health, and address changes in comfort or function. While these are common times for individuals to experience pelvic floor symptoms, unwanted pelvic floor symptoms can develop at any point in life. This is true for both men and women. These are not symptoms you should have to live with!
